Place pellet in pot and provide 1/4 cup warm water to allow expansion in pot. Sow seeds 1/16″ deep into soil. Lavender requires well-drained soil and needs full sun, low humidity and warm water. Lavender is slow growing and slow to establish.
Harvesting & Storage
Harvest first blooms to encourage a second set after midsummer. To dry, hang stalks upside down in a well-ventilated, shady space. Strip flowers from the stalks once they’re dry and store in an airtight container for later use.
