Dinners

2. Quick and Easy Chicken Puffs / Add some broccoli, garlic and olive oil in the oven for a complete meal.
3. Slow Cooker Chicken Ratatouille Stew
4. Moroccan White Beans (Loubia)
5. Vegetarian Enchilada Casserole

Lunches
This week I am focusing on having a green smoothie with my lunches with some crackers and cheese on the side.

Breakfast
I made up a batch of whole wheat oatmeal pancakes to eat in the morning – my kids love these!
