This was not an easy feat at all…apparently Halloween is all about candy and treats for some reason (wink). Of course I allow my kids to take part in trick or treating, but I also want to create ways to enjoy the Halloween time without going overboard on sugar. These healthy snacks are perfect for a party, school treats or just something special for the kids. I often want to do special things for the kids at holidays that don’t include sugary treats and these definitely set the bar pretty high!
