What’s your go-to quick pasta dish? Mine is this tomato, zucchini and feta cheese sauce dish - it’s so delicious! Even the leftovers. I sauté the tomatoes in olive oil and then add the zucchini and garlic once the tomatoes are soft. Add salt, pepper and oregano. Fresh basil if you have any! I just found this mixed nut butter in the cabinet and it’s so delicious! My husband usually buys nutzo but I don’t like the Brazil nuts. This mixed nut butter is from Costco and has almonds, cashews, flax seeds, chia seeds and pumpkin seeds. Talk about a nutritional powerhouse! I topped my toast with a bit of honey.
