I have been struggling with my weight for the past year. I stopped breastfeeding my third baby 15 months ago and the weight is not budging. After my recent well woman visit at the doctor’s, I was embarrassed to learn that my cholesterol is high.
I eat well and I eat healthy. I don’t eat processed foods or fatty foods. But I’m not a salad person so unless someone makes it for me, I don’t eat it. My mother-in-law makes the best salads and seems to know what goes together well and always makes her own dressing from scratch. She likes to include seeds, grains, veggies and greens and they are always delicious. But she hasn’t stayed at our house for quite some time, so I have gone without salad since putting dinner together for a family of five is an accomplishment in itself.
That’s why I love these Eat Smart Gourmet Salads! These chef-inspired, fresh vegetable products come in kits with all the ingredients needed and make it so EASY to eat healthy when you have lots of little kids running around wanting to eat anything BUT salad. I love that I can just eat a little bit by myself and finish the salad the next day.
Each salad and stir fry kit is packed with five to seven beneficial superfoods and designed to deliver true value by combining highly nutritious, premium culinary recipes with convenience and ease that the whole family can enjoy. It’s such a fast and flavorful way to eat your veggies every day, which is what I really need to eat to aid in my post-baby body rejuvenation.
