I love making appetizers when I don’t have to actually cook. These appetizers are so easy because all you have to do is slice and make a few cutouts with the same star cookie cutters I’ve been using, and then slide everything onto cute, festive toothpicks!

How to Make this Christmas Tree Veggie Skewers Appetizer

  1. Gather up all of the star toothpicks you will be using. I like to weed out the ones I want to use because they aren’t all perfect.
  2. Next, add a tomato to the toothpick.
  3. Then, cut an english cucumber in half and make 1/8″ slices. Then create cutouts using the star cutter.
  4. Next, using your knife, cut a small piece of broccoli about the size of a quarter for the top piece and a slightly larger piece of broccoli for the bottom.
  5. Add the small piece on the toothpick, then add a piece of round cucumber. After that add the larger piece of broccoli.
  6. At the end, add a piece of cubed cheese about 1/2″ in size.
