Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Butter, softened
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Applesauce
- 1 Egg
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 2 Cups Quick Oats
- 1/2 Cup Raisins
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream the butter, sugar and brown sugar with an electric mixer in a large bowl until creamy.
- Then beat in the eggs on medium speed.
- Add the applesauce and vanilla, and beat until combined.
- Stir in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and oats until just combined. Fold in the raisins.
- Scoop dough and space 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes, remove from the oven and allow to set for 2 minutes on the baking sheet.
