  • Ganoderma lucidum

  • Tulsi
    Since frequent urination can also be caused by a bladder infection, Tulsi has proved to be an effective home remedy for frequent urination. It works to stop bladder infections and help regulate urinary function. Crush about 2 to 3 fresh leaves of tulsi every morning and take it with a spoon of honey. 
  • Cumin
    In helping to treat frequent urination, cumin works in two ways – regulating bladder function and preventing urinary tract infections. So, boil 1 teaspoon of cumin in 2 cups of clean water until the water is reduced to half, then let it cool. Now, crush the seeds with a spoon and strain. You can drink it with a little honey two times daily instead of regular tea. 

2. Eat more pumpkin seeds

Pumpkin seeds are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, and so have a high level of anti-inflammatory properties packed in them. Pumpkin seed oil improves abnormal urinary function and reduces symptoms of overactive bladder. Mixing the seeds and soybean seed extracts can also work magic in reducing frequent urination. 

3. Eat to reduce constipation

Surprisingly, constipation can also contribute to frequent urination. It can place extra pressure on your bladder and make it malfunction. So adjust your fluid intake and exercise well to prevent constipation. Include more fiber in your diet and drink as little as possible water four to five hours before bedtime to reduce or eliminate nighttime urination. 

4. Kegel exercises for frequent urination
