Supplies
- ½ cup baking soda
- ½ cup epsom salts
- 2 tbsp water

eucalyptus essential oil - 15 drops
peppermint essential oil - Small mold, like this one
Directions
- Add the dry ingredients to a bowl, then add the water and eucalyptus leaves, and stir.
- Add the essential oils to the bowl, and stir well.
- Using a spoon, add the mixture to the mold cavities, then press down with the spoon to pack it down real good.
- Let set in a dry place for 24-48 hours.
- Unmold, and store in an airtight container.
- To use, place at the corner of the shower, allowing the steamer to get wet, which will release the essential oil vapors. Do not keep in a direct water stream.
