  • 1 Red Pepper, cored and sliced
  • 1 Package Snap Peas
  • 1 Large English Cucumber
  • 1 Box Multigrain Crackers

Instructions

  1. Prepare cucumber by slicing ends off and cutting it into 2" or 3" lengths. Then halve and halve again. Slice as thin or as thick as you prefer.
  2. Add the hummus to a small bowl or ramekin and place in the middle of a large pie plate.
