The way you make homemade lavender chamomile bath salt is by measuring out the 6 cups of Epsom salt or sea salt, 2 cups of baking soda, 10 drops of lavender oil and 10 drops of chamomile oil and placing them into your large bowl. After you will take your wire whisk and combined the ingredients together for a minute to form a powdery lavender chamomile smelling bath salt. The best way to use the homemade lavender chamomile bath salt is to fill your tub up with plenty of warm water. While the water is filling up your tub up you should place 2 to 3 cups of the bath salt underneath the running water so it can mix and dissolve into your bath. When your lavender chamomile bath is ready all you need to do is get into you tub and soak in it for as long as you can.

The salt in the bath soak should help relieve your aches and pains while the baking soda draws out metal toxins from your body and the lavender and chamomile calm, cleanse and relax your body, mind and spirit.
