One of my favorite things to do when the weather is warm is sit outside with my book and a good drink. I prefer mocktail recipes to alcohol, but you can certainly add it to any of these drinks to give it a kick especially if you are preparing them for a party.
Most often the ingredients used in these mocktails are those we have at home. The best kind are summertime fruits laying around the kitchen and herbs that we have growing right outside!
This is certainly 10 steps up from a glass of ice water am I right? Treat yourself on a quiet day or your guests at a get-together with this easy mocktail.
Did you know that drinking water with fresh lemon is so unbelievably healthy and flushes out toxins? That is when you drink it without the alcohol of course.
Drinking water with fresh lemons daily is such a healthy way to get your vitamin C. Lemons pack a ton of magnesium, potassium, and copper as well as some fiber, thiamin, vitamin B6, and vitamin E. The more concentrated your lemon water is, the more vitamins and minerals you will ingest.
