Ingredients
- 8 Bite-Size Prunes
- 1/4 Cup Hot Water
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Walnuts
- 1 Cup Peanut Butter
- 1/2 Cup Quick Oats
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
Instructions
- Soak the prunes in the hot water for 5-10 minutes, then pureé.
- Mix the oats, the cinnamon and the walnuts together. Warm the peanut butter for 30 seconds in the microwave, then add to dry ingredients with the prune pureé. Mix together until completely combined.
- Drop onto cookie pan with medium scoop.
- Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
- Makes about 16.
