- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Light coat an 8×4 inch loaf pan with oil.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk the honey, eggs, yogurt, and vanilla until smooth. Then whisk in the pumpkin purée or mix on low
- Add baking soda, cinnamon, and salt and stir to combine. Then add in the flour and gently mix, just until the flour disappears.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Spread the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 55 to 65 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let the bread cool in the loaf pan for 5 minutes.
