Ingredients
- 1 cup Epson salt
- 1/2 cup coarse sea salt
- 1/2 cup baking soda
- 10-12 drops lavender essential oil
- 8-10 drops tea tree essential oil
Directions
- In a medium mixing bowl, add the salts and the baking soda. Whisk to blend.
- Add the essential oils and stir for at least 1 minute to ensure all ingredients are blended well.
- Transfer to an airtight container and store up to 6 months.
- How to Use Your Bath Salts: Measure 1/4-1/2 cup of the tea tree oil bath salts and pour into your warm bath.
- Sit in the bath for 20-30 minutes for your body to get all the benefits of the salts and oils.
