I am not really a summer person. Ok, fine, I will admit, I basically loathe summer for the sweat-factor, but I love that it’s swimming season AND time for ice cream! What better way to cool off during the summer than with tasty homemade ice cream that is a snap to prepare? I am all for cool, easy fun in the summers, especially when we’re on the go with work, kids, and fun!
I’m really impressed by your comprehensive guide here. I’m made my own vanilla ice cream before, without an ice cream maker but I’ve always wanted to make my own yogurt ice cream. I don’t have an ice cream maker so one day I will need to try this. Bravely! Thanks for this recipe!
