Ingredients

  • 12 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 4 Ounces Garlic & Herb Goat Cheese Log
  • 4 Ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Milk
  • 6 grape Tomatoes, halved
  • 24 Black Olives

Instructions

    1. Cut the ends off each of the cherry tomatoes to create a flat base. Then, carefully remove the seeds from the tomatoes and fill each one with a mixture of goat cheese and 2 ounces cream cheese, leaving a small amount of cheese exposed on the top.
    2. Once the tomatoes are filled, whip together the remaining cream cheese and a bit of milk until smooth, then transfer the mixture to a storage bag. Cut off one corner of the bag and use it to pipe a round ball onto the top of each tomato, forming the head of the Santa.
    3. Cut the grape tomatoes in half and and place one half on top of each cherry tomato to create the Santa hat.
    4. Last, slice the olives on the sides so they are flat and put two olives under each tomato set to resemble a pair of boots, using a bit of cheese to keep in place if need be.
