You are more likely to stay on track eating well when you have your meals planned out. And the better we eat, the better we feel! So I always try to have a variety of meals in my weekly meal plan – lots of flavor, protein and good ingredients like whole grains and vegetables

Meal plans are an easy way to reach your health and lifestyle goals.

You should always schedule in at least one night a week when you can pull something from the freezer and have dinner on the table in minutes. Some days you are just too tired from the craziness of the day you need quick options that’s not take out or fast food.

That’s why I love these Good Eats options to stock my freezer! They make it so easy to have a great meal in minutes, knowing that I am not feeding my family junk.

Udi’s Sweet Potato Crust Chicken BBQ Pizza

We first tried the chicken BBQ pizza with a sweet potato crust and let me tell you – we will be buying this in bulk. My kids absolutely LOVED this pizza and wanted more immediately.

I am very picky about my pizza and always opt for traditional cheese pizza with sauce. I was pleasantly surprised that this gluten free pizza was sweet with a smoky favor and really satisfying!
