Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Recipe

This healthy pumpkin pie smoothie recipe includes a seasonal flavor of pumpkin that can be a meal replacement, snack, or even low-fat dessert.

  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 2/3 cup pumpkin pureĆ© canned or fresh
  • Ice optional


  1. Add all the ingredients and blend on high for a few minutes, until everything is blended smooth.
  2. If desired, add more milk or ice to reach your desired consistency.
