Easy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Recipe


  • 2 Cups oats
  • 5 Cups coconut milk
  • 3 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 Tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ Cup dark unsweetened chocolate chips


  1. In a pot over medium heat mix the oats and milk.
  2. Stir and cook until the oats get thick and looks creamy (around 10 minutes).
  3. Turn off the heat, stir in the vanilla extract and maple syrup and let it cool down for 10 minutes.
  4. Top with the chocolate chips.
  5. Serve and enjoy.

Recipe Notes

Incorporate some chocolate chips into the mix.
Alternately, mix up oats and milk and store in refrigerator overnight. In the morning add the other ingredients and eat.
