Power Granola Breakfast Recipe


  • 1 Cup regular oats
  • 1/8 Cup chopped almonds
  • 1/8 Cup maple syrup
  • 2 Tsp sunflower oil
  • 12 oz Greek yogurt
  • ¼ Cup raspberries
  • ¼ Cup chocolate chunks
  • 1 Tsp mint leaves chopped


  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
  2. Spray non-stick cooking spray on a baking pan.
  3. In a bowl combine the oats, almonds, maple syrup, and sunflower oil.
  4. Take the mix to the baking pan and spread.
  5. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes or until golden.
  6. When done, set aside to cool at room temperature.
  7. Serve in a bowl the yogurt.
  8. Top with the granola, chocolate, raspberries, and mint.
  9. Serve and enjoy.
