|Did you know Mother’s Day is this Sunday, May 12? It seems like it just snuck up upon me this year. I am thankful my mother is healthy and active but I will always wish for her to live closer to me. Visiting with her always requires advance planning and an overnight stay, at least for me because of the kids. If I could be with her this Sunday for Mother’s Day, I would surprise her with some of these healthy brunch ideas and show her how much I love her.|
