- Add everything to pot and set to low heat. Add cover.
- Let simmer for 30 minutes and check to see if apples are tender. If yes, add to blender and blend until mixed smooth. If not, let simmer longer.
- Add water if necessary. There should be enough steam from the apples but sometimes you need extra water.
