Applesauce Constipation Remedy with Prunes

Ingredients

  • 2 Large Sweet Apples (or 3 medium)
  • 6-10 Prunes
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 Tablespoons Water

Instructions

  1. Chop Apples. Peel if desired, but not necessary. Peels have vitamins!
  2. Add everything to pot and set to low heat. Add cover.
  3. Let simmer for 30 minutes and check to see if apples are tender. If yes, add to blender and blend until mixed smooth. If not, let simmer longer.
  4. Add water if necessary. There should be enough steam from the apples but sometimes you need extra water.
