- 1/2 Cup Corn
- 1/4 Cup Red Onion
- 1-2 Tablespoons Cilantro
For the Dressing
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin
