The best way to gain a beautiful complexion is by eating the right things and making sure that your skin is fully nourished. Lotions and potions can only go so far, and quite often are a waste of money. Changing your eating habits can however have a dramatic effect on the appearance of your skin. At this time of year, we tend to need a super boost, and this infographic shows the top foods that you should include in your diet to begin to transform your skin.

The reason leafy green vegetables like broccoli and spinach are so good for you is because of the sheer number of different nutrients they provide you with that are all great for our skin cells. These nutrients include antioxidant vitamins that prevent the damaging effect of free radicals, such as vitamin A and vitamin C.

In addition, there are certain key nutrients that help create and restore skin cells, and many of the fruit and vegetables listed in this infographic include selenium and copper, which both play a role in helping to maintain the skin’s elasticity and firmness.

This infographic was created for UK voucher code site, www.webvouchercodes.co.uk, where offers are listed that can bring down the costs of organic living.
